- 4 -6 yukon gold potatoes (medium, scrubbed)
- Himalyan salt
- Fresh ground black pepper
- rice flour or unbleached all purpose flour
- soy milk (unsweetened)
- earth balance butter
Directions
1. slice potatoes into a medium thickness slice or thin to your liking
2. put a layer of sliced potatoes in the bottom of your casserole dish
3. add slabs of butter over your potato slices
4. sprinkle flour over top the butter and potato slices
Repeat steps 1-4 until your casserole dish is full
5. pour soy milk over potatoes just till it raises up on the sides of the casserole dish
Sprinkle top layer with fresh ground black pepper and Himalayan salt to your liking
option: can sprinkle pepper and salt on each layer after the butter and flour but only use a pinch of each.
