Today is Day 4 of 21 day fix! I didn't get in all my containers today, I missed 3 total a red, green, orange I just was not hungry today. Unlike yesterday where I was starving and wanted more to eat. I am still down 2 lbs! I was unable to do today's Pilates workout due to my dog injuring my foot pretty bad it is all swollen. Hopefully it will be better tomorrow for cardio and Pilates! Double workout planned for tomorrow. Day 5 next woohoo.
