So at the start of this 3 day journey on Wednesday I was 144.8 lbs with fluctuate to 146 some days right before I started it! On Thursday morning I was down to 139.8 5 lbs! As of Saturday morning I was at 138 lbs! So that is 6.8 lbs gone in 3 days! Now I am going to get a little TMI here but hey sorry it's life when your a girl lol! So not sure how accurate my weight was as of Saturday I would say it was right on or a little heavy because of my cycle starting and I usually retain 2-5 lbs in water weight and being bloated when I am on it.
I had a hard time the first day trying to get all meals in and I was way off schedule! The second day I was on schedule but I just could not eat all of them! There are 6 meals and I just wasn't hungry and with my cycle and being bloated that didn't help my appetite at all! The third day was much like the second as far as eating! And I kept up with all my double workouts and finished the 21 day fix!!! This was my third round of it! And first time adding the quick fix at the end! This program has definitely given me some core strength, all around strength and ripped my back up! And Can I just say that I have that space between my inner thighs that I swore up and down girls had surgery to get that! I have major inner thigh definition as well as throughout my whole leg, and my arms! I would highly recommend this program to anyone male, female, new mom, new to fitness, extreme athlete, young, old anyone can do it! Super Excited for the extreme version coming February 2015!
